About the Class

Introduction to Ninja is an introductory class for anyone 16+ looking to join the ninja community and try a new form of fitness. You will be introduced to ninja obstacles, learn basic techniques and best safety practices. This 4 week program is an awesome way to see what ninja is all about and get technique advice coached by 2x American Ninja Warrior competitor and Gym Director, Taylor Johnson. Ninjas will learn balance, agility, proper swinging, trampoline, and the warped wall.
